I have been in contact with more and more by people that have nerve damage to their face or lips muscles. Also more and more children have had sudden learning problems and physical coordination issues in my lessons. In some cases, I knew some had just received a vaccination, dental work or just a soda. In addition to good embouchure technique, one must know the factors involved to prevent this type of damage or learning problems.
In short, do not ingest or use:
Fluoride toothpaste, MSG, Aspartame, colas (high fructose corn syrup, mercury, fluoride, pesticides, aluminum, BPA from the cans, etc.), GMO – genetically modified organisms like GMO soy or corn, non-stick Teflon coated pans, aluminum pans, microwave ovens, vaccinations or amalgam fillings.
